I agree, your scores are pretty nice... How long did u study for?doctorloomis said:This is a silly post. Your DAT score of 20 will get even a 3.0 student an interview at many dental schools around the country. If your overall and science GPA is at least a 3.3 to go with that 20, then you are going to be pulling teeth very shortly if that's your goal. The DAT is not your hurdle anymore.
A 19 on the perceptual ability section is impressive. For someone that didn't even work on that section, you are quite the shape shifter. That score will make many adcoms smile and appreciate it. Many predents would kill for an 18 in that section.
QR is probably a weakness of most people that take the DAT. Still, a 17 is nothing alarming. It's fine. Your score of 20 is what the admissions committees really want to see. Your interview is next.
Dude i have that problem every single day... I tell myself that im going to study 6 hours a day. I cant do it after i get off work! Ill study 2 or 3 hours, MAYBE, and im worn out... cant do it. Seriously though, ill study 2-3 hours and im done. I dont see how some people can sit down for 10 hours a day for 3 months straight. I have more of a life then that! 😛KOM said:I've been studying off and on for about 6 months. Little here, little there. The past three months I've given it a bit more time with about an hour or so during week days and more on weekends. My full time job as a scientist in a pharmaceutical company and volunteering on the side really eats into studying time.
Anybody else have that problem...getting home from work and finding it very difficult to have enough energy to read through all those textbooks?
Ah, the things pre-dents are required to do....

KOM said:Thanks. They'll have to do...though with all these people posting 22's and up I'm beginnning to wonder.
