so I know my scores aren't as stellar as the ones on here, but I guess Iam satisifed considering I had a month to prepare 🙂
PAT - 17
QR - 18
RC - 21
Bio - 18
Gchem - 21
Ochem - 23
AA - 20 (93.2 %)
TS - 20 (92.1%)

I dont know what happened to me on the PAT...but seriously the pattern folding was way too complex than anything I had encountered with CraCK dat pat...my bio scores in topscore were around 22 but on the real deal I had 50% genetics...so I guess thats where the 18 comes from. My RC was also genetics...otherwise I usually have a 22-23 in the section. Other than that my overall GPA is a 3.77 for undergrad (bio major) and 3.49 for Masters...
I also have a paper being published as first author and tons of extracurriculars..I really really hope I dont have to do a retake with my gpa ...O chem was crazy hard on my test version...I had mechanisms on mine..so know the important ones for sure!!

Haha your DAT sounds like mine, lots of gene stuff. It looks like you're fine, with nothing below 17. I'd make sure to highlight your paper and M.S. degree. Have you shadowed many dentists?

If you don't get accepted to dental schools with your numbers (GPA and DAT) then none of us have a chance lol.... the only tiny little gap I see is the 17 on the PAT, but due to your overall front-end numbers, I think that little 17 is going to be overshadowed by the 3.5+ GPAs and 20AA

Yes, I actually have shadowed a dentist but not extensively. One of the reasons I went after a management degree first (own your practice and know how to run it etc) so I have a masters in Healthcare Management from NYU and I guess I should have practiced the PAT more but I had like a month and a half and I knew I hadnt touhed sciences in like 4 years...so focused on those...but yes lots of genetics!!! I was so worried for a second there and the RC was all genetics as well!!

Thank you for those encouraging words dentalworks..I am satisfied with those results considering the effort I put in 🙂

great scores congrats let us know what you used to prepare more in detail if you can......dont stress the PAT i think u should be fine with that score the rest of ur stuff is solid you should have no problem at all you did very well be happy and apply early you shud be set.

Hey azar,
Well I was a religious follower of this website...I tried to answer all the questions posted by people on this forum. I used all the books recommended on this website - DAT Destroyer went thru the gchem and o chem sections in addition to my gchem book and o chem book from undergrad (I used these to clarify concepts since I hadnt taken science course in more than 3 years.) Also chad's videos for o chem are awesome..go through those, thats pretty much all you need for the ochem section of the DAT.
For Bio- used Cliffs and my textbook from undergrad to learn all the taxonomic phyla (unfortunately my exam was all genetics)
For Math - DAT Math Destroyer but had only 2 weeks for it so I guess thats why had the 18 on the QR...
my RC section was strong to begin with so I didn't really do anything for that. Just read fast and find the answers, I had no strategy (cuz I dont think I tried any that actually worked).
Crack DAT PAT - Cant stress this tool enough. A must have if you want to do well.
I started studying around March 10th around 4 hours a day then 2 weeks prior went up to 6 and finally the last week was more like 12 hours a day..
