I am soooo happy that I am done with DAT despite my bio score!!!
Here are materials that I used:
DAT Destroyer (MUST HAVE ITEM)
KBB (The Bible)
Chad's Video
Crack DAT PAT and Reading
Achiever- 7 Tests
Cliff Note's AP Bio
Bio: I don't think I am the most eligible person to give you tips, but if you memorize KBB and Cliff Note, I think you should be set. If you think you are ready, take Achiever Bio, which will demoralize you completely. I have been getting 15~ 16 on achiever, but I eneded up getting 19, so don't be depressed. I only get to study DAT for 4 weeks, so I did not have time to memorize everything because of midterms and papers
OC & GC: I used DAT Destroyer and Achiever. Even though people say that Destroyer is overkill, USE IT! I felt that the questions on Real DAT was similar to the questions from Destroyer. If you feel like you get the hang of OC and GC from Destroyer. Go on to Achiever. I have been getting 17, 18, and 16 from Achiever, so don't be disappointed. I think Achiever tries to demoralize you to study more.
QR: I just used Achiever. I have been getting 23~25 on Achiever. I think you really need to focus on. QR is the last section and my brain was fried after RC. Moreover, TIME-MANAGEMENT is the KEY. I was successful in this area because I spent too much time on one Probability question to finish Math Section. If you are stuck on one problem, mark it and come back later.
RC: I am gonna be honest. I did not expect to get that score. I only used Crack DAT Reading, in which I did horribly.
PAT: I used Crack DAT PAT. I still Real DAT is slightly harder than CDP because of the difficulty and the pressure.
Front-Top-End: Real DAT tiny bit harder
Angle: CDP >>>>>>>> Real DAT.
Cube: Same
Folding: Real DAT >>>>> CDP
Hole Punching: Real DAT >> CDP
OVERALL: I studied DAT for 4 weeks. I wish I had more time on studying for Bio, but yeah... PAST is PAST.
Check SDN frequently, but people here are AMAZINGLY HELPFUL and give you VERY VERY VERY useful advice.
Good luck~!
