I've just finished my DAT. This is my first time to write a thread in this forum. anyway.

I recieved

PA 24 (98.0)
QR 27 (99.9)
RC 17 (35.7)........I'm not a native speaker..🙁
Biol 20 (91.8)
GC 25 (98.9)
OC 23 (97.1)
TS 22 (98.3)
AA 22 (98.9)

BCP 3.82
Science 3.86
Nonscience 4.0

Do you guys think I can get some interviews in this cycle? I'm kinda worried about my RC scores.. Since I'm international student, the RC always drives me crazy.
I've submitted application to AADSAS and the website says the materials are going to be sent in July 2nd.

Anyway,talking about DAT, the bio section was so crazy. About 8 questions were related Ecology section and some materials came out from somewhere that I've never seen in Kaplan white book or Cliff's AP Bio. The questions were so random. I wish I had some more time to study Campbell before taking the test. I mean the questions were so..... random.

For the Ochem and GChem, those two sections were much easier than the destroyer. But Destroyer helped me alot.

For the PAT few angle questions were difficult(I had to distinguish between 2~3degrees from the figure given) and keyholes were kind of harder than CDP. Rest of them were very similar to the CDP.

And for the RC.. I have no idea.... what to say about this section.. It has been three years that I've stayed in U.S so I'm not really good at English.

Finally for the QR. This is my best part. From the test, I had some questions regarding statistics and converting the units such as temperatures. Rest of the questions were okay.. I think. I had 10 minutes left but I had no idea how to convert F to Celcius so I just guessed.

Anyway, I don't feel any pressure right now and satisfied with my scores except the RC.

As I said above, I'm an international student and do you guys think my RC scores will kill me? I heard from lots of students saying that it is very difficult to get into the dental schools as an international student. And I'm really worried about my RC scores. Do you guys think I will be fine?

Yes, as an international it will be a LOT harder for you...and it should be.

Congrats on such high scores! You should definitely not be TOO worried abt RC since you destroyed the rest of the sections although they might ask you about the discrepancy during an interview. Good Luck!

I don't know anything about applying as an international student, but with 3.8's and 22/22 I don't see how you wouldn't get some interviews. I may be showing my ignorance a bit, but I think you're just fine.
