Here it is I finally finished whew.

QR-25
Reading-18 (very upset about this one passages were full of tone and
thrust questions and made no sense
Bio-19
Gchem-24
Orgo-24
Academic average 22

Here is the breakdown I used alot of destroyer and cliffs. I used achiever for timing but as far as their questions went they were way off the mark. I used Crack for the PAT and the angles were slightly easier on the real DAT and cubes were way easier. The rest of the PAT was pretty comparable.

Destroyer and cliffs were great for the bio and i used destroyer alone as well as some class notes for the Gchem and Orgo. Destroyer was more than enough and it had alot of bio questions that were nearly exactly the same on my DAT. On the Bio i wouldve done alot better but the answer choices on my DAT were very confusing so even though i knew what the answer should have been i couldnt figure out which answer said that.

My advice is use cliffs together with destroyer for the sciences. For the Math use a little topscore as well as destroyer as well as whatever type of math you can get your hands on. For Pat crack the PAT is more than enough. For reading just hope and pray that you get an easy pasage.

As you can see i scored far better in every section than i did on achiever with the exeption of Reading where achiever was way to easy.

Very nice scores man! Your RC brings up a good point about the test I think. How is this test supposed to be standardized when different people get different RC passages? And it seems to actually make a difference in which passage you get. Clearly, the OP knows his sciences. Just makes me wonder about the whole "standardization thing". Again, awesome scores!

Thanks andjust remember that achiever is a very poor sample of how you can expect to do. I knew that i knew orgo and gen chem cold yet i never got anywhere close to the scores i got now. The DAT is alot more straight forward than achiever and Destroyer is much more helpful.

Yeah thats good to know about achiever. I am on the fence about purchasing it. I have been using Destroyer, Kaplan book, Schaums, and CrackPAT.........I think I might get TS for practice tests.

Achiever is definitely harder than the actual thing but I think a study tool that is more difficult than the actual is going to benefit you far more than one that gives you a false sense of security (such as TopScore... didn't actually use it, but this is just what other SDNers have said).

Don't misinterpret what the OP is saying about Achiever - yes, it may be a not-so-accurate representation of how you will actually score, but it is still an awesome study tool, especially for the PAT section. This might just be me (which I really doubt), but I'd rather be over-prepared rather than the alternative.

Hey good job Klutzy! I just remembered a few days ago you were posting questions on either bio, gchem, or ochem (hah! - that really narrows it down), but it seems like you got it down well when it counted. NICE JOB MAN!!

I love how you raped the QR. I hope I get that sense of satisfaction once my test is done with. For now, back to trippin out and studying =)

Yes i had some wierd lab techniques in the sciences but the destrpyer covered them pretty much. Overall the sciences were a little more difficult than i expected but i knew them cold so i was sorta happy with the grades. I think there was an unfair question in each of the bio chem and genchem section though. Questions that were not really possible to solve.

ALso what was it about the destroyr that helped you do so well in the chem and orgo sections. ALso I noticed that you did well in the math part was that also destroyer?😉👍🙂

Destroyer was an excellent resource as well as cliffs ap biology. Those 2 were vital for the sciences. The math I used some top score that i got from a friend and i also used destroyer as well as some problems i got off the net. The most useful part of destroyer for me was the amount of bio questions that it had that were nearly exact or very similar to those questions that appeared on my DAT. Biology is my worst subject and i started studying not knowing any bio. For me to get a 19 on the bio learning bio from scratch just from cliffs and destroyer was pretty good for me. All in all every source that you use for bio only helps because of the wide range of the bio questions that appear on the DAT.

I feel the pain for RC...I don't think we had the same test though...I had only one tone question.

Do you think that the hole punching and TFE was comparable to Crack the PAT, or was it slightly easier on the DAT? I am struggling on the Crack the PAT in TFE and hole punching, and I was hoping that Crack the PAT was a little over the top compared the the actual DAT.

bio score is nothing to be upset over. 19 is still average if not a bit above avg. either way i dont think youll have that much trouble getting in. kudos on the high marks. =)

Top Front end was very comparable to the actual DAT. However hole punching may have been a drop more difficult on the Crack the PAT however it was pretty comparable as well.

I will be applying to schools only in the Northeast with the addition of Nova in Florida. My first choice is either UPenn or Stonybrook with UMDNJ a close second.

Well i am not sure if i want to go to harvard. My GPA is 3.99 and my science GPA is 4.00. However i am not sure that i want to go to harvard but i may apply there anyways just for kicks. Columbia is considered a very good school but i dont care for their stytle of teaching. Their curriculum is awful.

Hey, I was wondering how you did so well on the Math. I never break 21 on Achiever or Top Score. The only program ive ever broken a 21 on is Kaplans. Is that good enough to get like a 23 on the QR??

Well I hate Kaplan cuz its so damn easy so that explains why you broke 21 on there. The math is easy as long asyou understand every practice question that you have done. The way to tell if you really understand it is if you are able to explain it. If you can explain it then you understand it cld. I was a math tutor for a couple of years so I really got to understand algebra and all math cold.
