That's right...stick a big fat slimy dildo in it.

I usually scoff at people posting their scores...how self indulgent...however I think it's time I gave my two cents.

The damages:
1) The cost of CDP, CDS (crappy), Topscore, Destroyer, Achiever, Kaplan BB, Cliff's AP Bio, Cliff's AP Chemistry (crappy) Campbells Bio (the greatest thing since hookah)/Gchem and ochem textbooks. Cliff's Trig and Cliff's Word Problems. ACS Ochem. Kaplan Sections tests (5 tests for each section). (I have the last four in .pdf format...ask and you shall receive..the files are somewhat large...I might just upload them in one big file and provide the link).

Quick Quick Quick download me:

Also if you live in Baltimore or around Baltimore you are welcome to this material. Not my Campbell's bio though. I'll lose my right thumb before I give that book away.

2) My girlfriend....dumped me last week after two months of studying. What an inconsiderate cun. T

3) Roommates wrath...the house has been disgusting for the last month..I haven't touched the dishes in weeks..there are urine stains all over the bathroom...I mean not just around the toilet seat...around the whole bathroom.

4) Two dead knockout mice that took months to cross and cost hundreds to maintain...they were under my supervision in my research lab...however I was too busy studying for the exam the last two weeks that I didn't really check up on them. My supervisor found them and said their bodies were decomposed. Needless to say, I got in big trouble for this.

5) A small pouch in my abdomen/my first ever grey hairs...yes sir, no exercise, stress and lots of beer will actually do that to you in two months

A couple of quick notes:
1-There is a lot of bad advice around here, ignore 90% of what you hear including 99% of what I have to tell you. Also keep in mind that statistics show that 70% of statistics are wrong.
2-Setup a schedule.
3-Don't invest too much time in Biology..studying for this section can be a waste of time ...most people spend too much energy on Biology..the gchem and ochem sections are smashable without much studying...also a common trend here is for people to ignore the qr section.. you see some horrendous qr scores coupled with great TS scores.. That's just stupid...sit down and study for the qr.
4-Destroyer Ochem is a waste of time. Look a big part of studying for this exam is time prioritization. The real question is added value (people here use the term overkill). What is the added value of going through some real complex reactions. If you have enough time going through all those problems, you are much better off grabbing an ochem textbook and studying from that. Seriously, just go through the end of chapter questions and solve them. The questions are way too difficult compared to the real exam. Despite what Dr. Lettuce and his minions would like you to believe, there is no necessity for all that roadmap crap...study the first couple of chapters from an ochem textbook, then use KaplanBB, then practice.
5-Destroyer Bio is awesome...I didn't see any similar questions but solving those problems is fun.
6-Those dry eraser pens really suck..I mean really really suck. Don't spend more than two minutes without scribbling something. My pen dried out during the middle of my RC section. I had to leave the room and ask for a new one.
7-There is a common misconception that the DAT is getting more difficult. As a veteran DAT taker, I can assure you this is false. There are just more dimwits that want to be dentists these days.
8-Watch Chad's videos....I have a man crush on that bald sexy head of his. That guy should start charging for those videos.
9-Calm the hell down! Seriously...I almost had a panic attack midexam. For some reason I was convinced that I was messing up the up the TS section. Also don't take any sleeping pills before the exam...never a good idea
10-Don't PM me asking about specific exam questions....I hate cheaters and there seems to be a very liberal policy around here discussing questions and such....however since we are on that note I did get the so called Piano passage. It is not difficult. I truly believe people freak out as soon as they start reading it from all the hype about it from SDN..
11-If you are idiot....you are an idiot. No amount of studying will raise your score if you refuse to use your brain and think logically about the questions...what is being asked, what the idea is behind the question. Most of the questions are simple and straightforward if you think about them for a second...also the wrong answer choices are usually very wrong.
12-Don't spend too much time around here reading these posts...yes that includes YOU! Go hit the books
13-If you are hanging out here in this section of the forums more than 14 days after finishing your exam...you are officially a loser and should be tried and prosecuted for not having a life.
14-Look...we International students have no other options but to apply to private schools...you on the other hand can attend your esteemed state school. I beg you to apply there, stay close to home..hang out with the 'rents and high school friends...I know NYU and BU sound hip and exciting but they really are not.

The scores:
Bio:26 ( All I have to say is know your Cranial Nerves...and I mean really know them)
Gchem:21
Ochem:26
PAT:20
RC:21 (not sure what search and destroy is...but I doubt it would have worked on my passages...as your attorney I advise you to read some of the passage)
QR:19 (jump around as fast as you can...I know its painful to leave a problem after you've invested three precious minutes on ..but like many things in life... sometimes you just have to let go)

AA:23
TS:23 (shouldn't it be 24?)

I'm too tired to type anything else.. it already feels like there is a void in my life...I need to find myself a new hobby...any suggestions?

Don't discorage people trying to study their a** off by saying that. Totally untrue!

Haha, he said to ignore 99% of what he has to say!

Very entertaining and nice scores but what happened on the PAT? I was expecting a lot more from the magic mushroom man!

Hahaha..the mushroom posting was obviously a joke, I was beginning to lose my mind those last couple of weeks...not that I haven't tried solving some of those problems while smoking some ganja.

Haha- funniest breakdown so far. Amazing scores, congrats. 👍 Oh, and I know all about the messy house thing...I seriously have thrown all my obligations out the window while studying for this dang test.

Also, just curious...did you go through the gen chem section in Destroyer? I was working through it but I have a feeling some of those problems are way too hard compared to the real thing...

LOL. Agreed.

I may be not getting your sarcasm, but are you serious about the cranial nerves part? The only time I ever learned them was in an upper-level bio course, and I haven't run across them so far in my Bio DAT studying...

Has anyone had questions on them??

one of the best breakdowns.
ochem destroyer is overkill = waste of time that could be spent on QR

congratulations on the solid finish.
I'm hoping that cranial nerve line is part of the 99% we're supposed to ignore - I haven't *ever* touched cranial nerve material. Eee.
