Hi guys
I just took the DAT today and just want to ask you guys if i can get into dental schools.

QR 20
RC 19
BIO 19
Gchem 21
Ochem 24
TS 20
AA 21

My science GPA (according to the adea gpa conversion) is 3.44, and non science 3.81.
Overall, i have 3.58.
I applied to NYU, Boston Univ., Univ. of detroit mercy, and Loma Linda.
how competitive are my stats?
Any comments from your experience?

Ur AA is above avg which is 19-20, and ur gpa is slightly over average for the schools you applied to

For ochem, i just watched Chad's video and did destroyer just like everyone else does.
I watched Chad's video once and took notes, and i memorized the 7 road maps on destroyer.
But i think reviewing thoroughly through the notes u took from Chad then memorizing the road maps will help you much better. Because i didn't really look at the notes after watching his videos, i literally had to memorize everything. After memorizing those, i reviewed chad's notes and realized the order should've been the other way around.
For the dat, there were only basic problems. I was not really confident about ochem because the destroyer problems were so hard, but while i was taking the dat, i realized that the real test was not that bad. So...... watching chad's video and destroyer should be enough to be prepared for ochem at least.
oh btw, i solved destroyer about 3-4 times and wrote down explanations in the back if i didn't understand certain topic and memorized them as well.
