So breakdown...
Bio: I didn't think the bio was that bad, there were some pretty basic questions including genetics, plants, DNA, etc. nothing too mind-blowing. I had a couple questions that I needed to take an educated guess on, but as I said before nothing too out of the ordinary. Destroyer pretty much covers everything. Maybe if you're not clear on certain topics look them up in a bio book or AP cliff notes or online.
G-chem: Also wasn't too bad the questions were pretty straight forward. Destroyer pretty much nails the g-chem section. If you know and understand how to do all the problems in Destroyer you should be more than prepared.
Orgo: Again Destroyer has all you need to know, and pay close attention to the road maps. My orgo section didn't seem too bad. I really wish I know what I got wrong because thinking back to it I really don't know what I screwed up on. I thought the section was pretty straightforward, maybe a curveball here and there, but nothing too crazy. If you know Destroyer you'll be fine.
PA: I actually found this section to be more challenging than Crack PAT. On the practice tests I was averaging around a 24. The actual test was a bit trickier because certain things like hole punching, top/front/end and keyholes aren't as clear as they are on Crack PAT.
Reading: Very annoying section because I dislike reading in general. My articles weren't too bad, but reading is definitely not my strong point. I think the Crack Reading provides adequate preparation for the real thing. The key to this section is you're either good at it or your not.
Math: Overall I thought it was pretty easy. The question types were very similar to the questions in Destroyer, so my advice is to go through Destroyer and know how to do each type of problem. Also practice taking and finishing the math section in under 45 minutes. I know when I was taking practice tests it was very difficult at first to finish in time.
