DAT DONE 8/25! Need Advice Please!

I just finished the DAT! It feels so good to be done! 🙂 I was wondering if anyone could tell me if my scores and gpa are competitive enough to get into dental school? 😕

PAT: 18
QR: 19
RC: 19
BIO: 18
C: 21
OC: 21
TS: 19
AA: 20

I have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and a 3.3 science GPA. If anyone could help me that would be great! Thanks! 🙂

Yeah I've actually looked at both of those pages before. It helped but it still didn't give a me a clear picture since some schools that have lower DAT requirements have higher GPAs. I'm applying next cycle though btw. I just wanted to get an idea of what anyone thought about my shot of getting in. I don't think a retake would really help me because I studied all summer to get these scores and idk how I would be able to study like that during school. If anyone could just tell me what they honestly think based on my scores and gpa, that would be great! 🙂

I think your DAT is on average, and your total GPA is alright. Your science GPA is little bit not that competitive, so if you are able to take some science courses this fall to boost it a little, it may be better. If you apply really early, write good PS etc. and apply enough no. of schools, you should be ok. Just my two cents.

You have a good chance of getting in if you have decent extra curriculars IMO. Just apply broadly to mostly private colleges in big cities (NYU, Tufts, etc).
