Here is my breakdown. What schools do you think would accept me?

To tell you the truth your dats look fine but it depends on what your gpa, your ec's, what schools you want to go to ect... Dat scores are a small part of the application...

How did you study and what were your practice scores like??? (Just curious)

My GPA is 3.78 overall and 3.68 science. I played football for 2 years and am shadowing.

I took the Kaplan course, and used destroyer. Also chads videos for G Chem. I felt comfortable with the PAT so Kaplan is all I used.
My practice scores were actually 18's and 19's in Kaplan but I generally did better in reading (18 to 21) and for QR I would consistently get 18's
