Ok everyone, here are my scores. I hate to even ask this question, as I am pretty sure I already know the answer....but is an acceptance out of the question for me this year ?

Bio - 18
GChem - 19
Oranic - 19
Reading - 19
PAT - 18
QR - 13 ......GAAAAA !!

Overall, I didn't think the test was to bad. I actually thought I was going to do better than what my scores showed. The bio wasn't too terrible. I just got a few questions that I had to decide between a 2 answers. There were actually a few that I thought had more than one right answer. The chems were pretty fair too. I got pressed for time during organic, so I had to rush through. I got THREE spectroscopy/IR questions. So be sure and study your lab techniques.

And what can I say about math. I was ******ed and waited two days before my test to even look at any math. Which was very stupid on my part. So, is that 13 going to completely take me out of the game ? My gpa is 3.75 overall and 3.6 science. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to retake, because 13 on QR is quite low. Some schools have a cut off score of 15, it just depends on where you apply. It's best if you call the school you apply and ask. Your GPA is very solid, it just the 13 on QR that might raise some attention. Good luck on your application process.

i'm in the same boat as you.. 13 on QR. the QR section sucks.. it's much harder than topscore in my opinion but my other scores were decent enough to make me not want to retake. If I were in your position though i'd seriously consider retaking.
