DAT Done! Now, let's have a real life!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Great job. What was your strategy for learning everything in schaums?

WOW! Those are some great scores man! You can sleep well tonight!

Thanks for your nice words, drteeth and pd3.

Some helpful-but-weird Bio questions to think about :

1) What is the Muller's doctrine of specific nerve energies?

2) Schaum's solved problem 19.9 (the one with the larval frog experiment).

3) Cyclic beviors with relevant hormones. Think this in an experimental setting.

4) What does green algae do? what is it called?

5) Plant diseases (Schaum's page 201, chapter 14.4).

Know these topics and you won't regret it - and thank me later.

Bio: I did well but I thought that I would do even better. I agree with Lonely Sol. The Schaum's Bio and GRE Bio(REA Bio) are the two most important books for the DAT Bio. I happened to use those same books as my main source for the Bio and got the same score of 24 as Lonely Sol did. They will cover most of the real DAT Bio, even the weird ones.

Denniss1 - congrats! great scores. There's a couple different schaum's for biology could you check this Barnes & Nobles link and see if this is the one you used? Thanks
