Getting a 19 is not "bombing" a section. Also, what's up with people posting their DAT scores as their 1st post? It makes the post suspicious, if this is even a real post.

With a QR and Bio that low, I don't think you will even be able to increase it to an acceptable score with a retake. I would suggest a career change.

Congrats on your scores! They are very solid and the sections you "bombed" are fine 🙂. Just realize that a lot of people who post their scores on SDN and predents are on the higher end of the spectrum - a 19 is perfectly acceptable! So be happy and celebrate your success!

Also, I know that a few schools don't look at PAT too closely, but a 26 is definitely something to be proud of!

This has to be a joke. The OP scored better than at least 80-90 % of the people who take the DAT in QR section. The AA score is above average which matches the above average gpa. Are you kidding or what?

seriously look at most scores on here and those are higher than most if not equal and if the person looked at there percentages they would be in the 80% tile for all their scores

I agree. Most people are attempting to psych others out. The inflation is amazing but honestly, why lie about scores? It's the internet. Who cares? I post my scores because I'm an honest person. Imagine how these individuals will treat their patients?!?

it's not that the OP's scores are bad, it's the point of inexcusable naivety shown by the OP (and many others who post nonsense like this). Asking if they are going to get in with those kind of scores with a GPA of 3.64 is nonsense and a waste of space, on a numbers level. I would understand if the OP had a sub par GPA and asking for their chances, but representing 19 as bombed is not cool. That was really what flipped the switch with the sarcasm.

The OP knows they are going to get in somewhere, and if not, my apologies, one should have a feel for the trends, especially with a source like predents in conjunction with SDN. That is my take on the situation. Usually I am cool about this kind of stuff, but lately it seems SDN has lost its balance between an informational resource and a place for evaluation where it is not needed, as represented by this case.

i'm sorry for writing this thread. i wish i could delete the whole thing, but i can't fine how to do that. it was my mistake to ask such a stupid question without learning how the forum works first. i had no idea that this many people would take it offensive. just to make it clear, no i am not lying and yes i was freaking out. if anyone knows how to delete the thread, let me know.

It isn't offensive, nor does it need deleting (which a moderator has to do). If anything, it just looks like bragging... which now we know was not your intent (I never gave it 2 thoughts to begin with). You did well. You should be proud. Congrats.

Oh...and I have seen higher scores on the AA part of the DAT...but I sure didn't get them.

My apologies to the OP, i did not mean to hurt your feelings. Next time try to use predents and search through the forums to understand where you stand. It's just lately SDN seems to be overwhelmed by posts like this, some legit, others not so much. I never doubted your scores either, just came of a little arrogant (which I now understand is not the case, you just panicked, totally understandable). Your scores and GPA are solid and hopefully you will have multiple acceptances to choose from.

Just FYI some people on here will definitely try to psych you out because afterall, they are your competition.
