I hope so! I can't retake it, the emotional stress is a killer. Here are the scores:
AA 21 TS 21 PAT 18
But it doesn't look so pretty when written out:
PAT 18
QR 14 😡 😱 👎
RC 23
BIO 21
GC 19
OC 29
TS 21
AA 21
Bio was way easier than I thought it was going to be. The questions were fairly simple and straight forward with an even distribution across subjects. No hormone questions. Only one I got that I recognized was the sea urchin question.
Chem was tricker than I thought it was going to be. Gas stuff was highly represented.
Ochem was easy.
Reading was much harder than I thought it was going to be. I had calcium, aging and bacterial resistance to antibiotics. Some questions required me to know obscure vocabulary that wasn't explained in the passage (but I scanned the whole thing about 3 times looking). One word (noso-somethin infection) which means an infection spread in the hospital was required and I didn't know it so I missed that question. 👎
PAT, I didn't feel bad about this section and an 18 is about what I expected. I scored a 17 on achiever about a week ago when I took it.
Math...totally sucked for me. I blindly filled in about 10 at the end. Many answers required me to just set up the equation but that is much harder for me as I am self taught in math. I just cram the numbers together and it got me A's in genchem and physics but I can't set them up quickly in the "traditional" way.
Only test I can share is Achiever 1 a week ago: Bio 14 Ochem 19 Gchem 19 PAT 17 (didn't do math/reading). I am about to call schools and see if I am disqualified or what. If anyone knows of schools that won't cut me for the 14 please list them as I may need to adjust my application list.
Thanks for all the help! People on this form rock!
