DAT eligibility

So I took the DAT last year.. taking it again in August. I went to sign up for my test and I can't retrieve an eligibility number.... I'm lost. Can someone please help? I read that if I have taken the DAT I should have a Dentpin i can use.. went back to the email last year and it says it's only a one time use.

Well you register for a Dentpin (make a user and pass) and then when you want to take the DAT you use that dentpin as user and the pass as whatever you had before, complete the application, and pay the 445. Then you will wait for the eligibility email. In your case, the Dentpin should be the same, but you have to apply to take the DAT and then you'll get a new eligibility number (I think this is the one that is only one time use) and then you can go to Prometric to schedule a date. This is exactly what I did literally three days ago.
