I noticed they have the question numbers on the bottom of the bootcamp practice tests, which makes it really easy to skip around. Do those buttons exist on the actual DAT or is there only a next button?

There's only a next button, until you get to the end of the section. Then you have a review page where you can click around/go over what you either marked or left incomplete
