Unfortunately, no, you have to memorize all of the formulas.

Well, you only have to memorize them for the first few minutes while you write them done on your scratch board during the tutorial.

I would say watch chads video on trig, i am pretty sure its free. And remember the sin,cos table from 0 30 45 60 90 degrees. and then your basic area, volume, blah blah 9th grade math. Conversions are random. I had two on the dat that I new and then a 3rd where they gave me the conversion, so it was simple.
