ahhh i should remember these kind of questions since i just took it a couple of weeks ago but apparently I don't...

I think it just asks you on the computer if you would like to void your scores BEFORE you actually see them...

Just be careful, you may surprise yourself even if you think you did poorly.

GOOD LUCK

I am not thinkign about voiding it at ALL. I just dont wnana PRESS VOID. I want to make sure I dont do it thats why!

I agree with the above, don't worry about it!!! You've worked hard now just go out there and put all that studying to good use!

Haha, I don't know why anybody would ever void their exam. I think it would be easier and much cheaper to just not request that any schools automatically receive your score report, and then, if you did well, request that your scores be sent to the desired schools.

Just a thought for nervous future DATers.

i think it should ask you before it reports your scores to you, at least that's how they did it when i took the GRE's. but good luck, i'm sure you'll do fine! 😀

I actually don't remember the "void" option after i took my DAT. Although I've heard that you can void the score anytime DURING the test, it will be on your record that you took it and the schools will therefore see that you voided. I'm sure they'll question you if you get an interview and you better be prepared to give them a good answer about your decision. Also say you voided and take it again and keep the scores on the second attempt but do poorly or below average... this will certainly raise a red flag in the eyes of admissions. So i'd say don't void it. Who knows maybe you did better than you thought on the first one. My advice is keep the score however low it may potentially be and if you need to take it again, make sure you make a drastic enough improvement to the point that the schools will not second guess the first set of scores.

I just finished the DAT and there is no void button. So you can not void anything so just go out there and do well.
