DAT in a couple of days- Anyone have experience w/ kaplan online and destroyer

I am asking for some advise. Would it be smart to spend these 2 days going over destroyer? I am soooooooooo worried!!!! I don't know what to do.... I have been through destroyer so many times. I am very very worried about bio and was wondering if the kaplan online questions are any good to just go over all them?? I don't think I have anytime to re-read barrons ap bio again.... what should i do?? Thanks everyone, any input is very appreciated!

I wouldn't worry sooooooooo much about bio. Most of the questions are softballs, albeit poorly worded softballs. Then there are a couple of odds and ends where hopefully you would have picked them up from undergrad classes, practice tests, bio destroyer etc. I wasted a ton of time studying for this section, when I could have been giving other areas attention. Anyway it seems like you have been working really hard for a while. So not much more you can do for yourself in 2 days.

I'd do a review of some parts of destroyer to make sure you have concepts down pat like general chemistry. Bio is just too much info to go all over again. Maybe pick a random portion and make sure you understand it.

I took the online course..A couple days before my exam I went over the Bio workshops. There were two questions that I would not have known the answer to had I not went through the molecular biology workshop.

If your going to do any studying for Bio, I would QUICKLY review (skim) Alan's notes or another good source just so your brain sees this information for one last time. Spend more time on the chemistries, and make sure you know the formulas for these sections and QR.

I always got a kick out of people writing down all of the formulas. It seemed like a monumental waste of time to me, so just have them memorized. For my DAT, I only needed a few, and they were basic at that, but I did have them all memorized, even odd stuff like the nerst and Beers.

The biggest mistake I made was going over notes the night before. Don't do that, find something that relaxes you and get a good nights rest. When it's done you'll look back and say, "that wasn't too bad." You can do it! 👍
