Hello,

I took my DAT on 6/23 and AADSAS said they received the scores on 7/9. How long does it take for those scores to reach the schools?

Some of the schools I am looking at are just waiting on my scores to review my app so I am wondering if it takes longer or if I should be concerned. By the way when I signed up for my DAT I marked down every school to receive my scores.

Thanks in advance!

The scores show up on your AADSAS. They should have them by now. Maybe the schools just haven't updated you yet.

You had a weekend in there so it might take another day or two.

You can always send the school a copy of yours scores. Some will review your app but some will also wait until its the official scores. It couldn't hurt!

just a copy of the my score sheet?
Yup, just scan it and email! But first ask them if they would like to see it. Some schools accept it and will review your app and once the real one arrives your interviews would come earlier. Its better than nothing but you want to make sure you ask the school before just sending it.

what? no they don't...the scores themselves like AA/TS etc never show up on AADSAS. only date taken and the date they were received

edit - i think i misunderstood your post 🙂

When you look at your AADSAS does it actually say your score or just when they received it?
Under "official scores" it shows the date you took it and the date it was uploaded. When you look at the PDF that schools get, you can see your scores.

They do show up if you click the binoculars beside your school designation to see the entire file that is sent to schools. But it's not under official scores 🙂
