Hi everyone!

What did you guys do to prepare for the DAT in the few days leading up to exam day? Should I re-do some Bootcamp exams, go through destroyer, read Feralis, etc? I'm kind of doing a mixed combination of all of these, but was just wondering what helped you guys the most!

Thanks, and hopefully I can post a breakdown like all of you soon! 🙂

Yes Re-do bootcamp exams. Do 1-2 PAT tests a day. I had 3-4 questiosn from taxonomy and ecology and those were my 2 week chapters. Go over them.

Do 1 MATH destroyer section a day. Re-do Destroyer as Much as can. This is extremely important

Try and do 1-2 RC sections from bootcamp. Above all take the 2009 DAT test online.

Thanks!! Last question...How representative would you say the 2007 DAT was to the actual exam?

It is important to relax the day before! The day of the exam I woke up early, reviewed formulas to make sure they were still fresh (quizzing myself on them), and most importantly reminded myself that I can do it and that I believe in myself and constantly told myself that while taking the test (especially during hard questions)! This helped me stay focused throughout the whole test despite the nerves

Just review your notes 2-3 days before your exam. I don't recommend taking another practice test since it can hinder your confidence. The day before, just chill. Have fun and do something you enjoy and love. I love animals so I went to the zoo.

If you feel ready definitely just relax and take it easy a few days before and do some light review leading up to the exam. If you have problem areas, work through a few problems to refresh yourself which is what I did and it definitely came in handy during the exam. You've done as much as you can to prepare so don't stress, just go ace the exam!
