My DAT is on Oct. 11, and so far I've been studying over notes and Princeton Review. It's been 4 yrs since I last took my core science classes so I've been reviewing for the last couple of weeks just to get a grip on the concepts. I have CDP, Achiever, and Topscore, which I plan on using starting tomorrow until the day before my DAT.

I also have a copy of the DAT Destroyer but I don't think I have enough time to go over it since I work full-time and want to focus on the other computer-based tests for practice.

Do you think I'll be fine with CDP, Achiever, and Topscore? Are they good indicators of how I'll do on the real DAT?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Are you applying this cycle? If not then I would wait and be more prepared. I'm registered to take the DAT the same day as you. I've went through three CDP tests and my scores are slowly going up. I'm going to say that CDP is pretty representative of how you'll do on PAT. It comes with practice. Topscore is as close as the real DAT out there, while Achiever is way too hard. If it can wait I would go through destroyer, it is extremely helpful for OCHEM and GCHEM (can't say for Bio because I haven't gone through it) if you've already submitted then go for it. PM me if you have any more questions.

Yea, my application has been in since August. All that's left is my DAT.

I know Topscore has explanations for the solutions, but does Achiever? If not, I'll just use the Achiever tests for timing practice & try to go through some of the orgo + g.chem in Destroyer.

I did the relevant parts of Destroyer in less than a week. I was going through almost 100 bio or chem or QR questions and answers a day. My opinion is that the Orgo stuff in there is wayyy too advanced. Look over the roadmap and understand concept and you will be fine. You don't need to know stupid irregularities to rules like Chlorination products don't undergo radicals or some lame stuff like that..

2 weeks? You should def. be able to do Destroyer in that time. If you work constantly, (like at least 8 hours a day) you could prolly be done with Bio, O-chem, and G-chem in 3-4 days.
