I sent my application, and I wrote canadian DAt 2 years ago, with 23 science and 14 PAT, if I complete my application by mid august but write DAt in mid-end septemberis it too late ?my GPA is 3.68

That PAT is pretty bad so any re-take would benefit you but earlier the better. August would be better then september but if thats your only option then thats what you have to do.
