Hello everyone,
I am Schedule to take my exam in the morning and I just got bad news and had to leave the state! I went online but I cannot reschedule my exam any more! Can I do anything to reschedule my exam without paying 435$ again?

This happened to me. What I did was pay the $100 cancellation fee. Then I waited a day or two and it allowed me to reschedule within Prometric without paying any additional fees.
