hi. what materials would you recommend to get the most out of preparation for the DAT? i've taken the MCAT a couple times, so i'm not coming into it cold. since the deadline for some schools is december 1st. is it realistic to start studying and take the DAT a month from now? or would more time be needed. I'm not taking any classes so would have plenty of time in the day to commit to it. thanks for you help.

http://www.acethedat.com for PAT and math mostly

Any other resources possible for PAT

MCAT books are good for a more in depth understanding of what is covered in the kaplan DAT book

IMO...agree with DrTacoElf with preparation materials. If you're prepared for the MCAT, then you're prepared for the DAT with the exception of Quantitative Reasoning and Reading Comp passages are a bit longer.

acethedat is the place to go for math. Be careful with the Quantitative Reasoning practice tests in Barron's though. There are some false answers. Some people would argue that is to be expected, but I disagree when we're forking over dollars for these products.

Otherwise...good luck!
