ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO WORK THIS PROBLEM?

First find the radius of each circle. A = pi*r^2. for the first circle the radius is 2, the second circle the radius is 3 and the third circle the radius is 4.the perimeter of the triangle is therefore: 2*2 +2*3+2*4 = 18 which is choice D

Hope this helps..

thank you very much I knew it would be a simple question, but I had no clue what the first step would be.
