It's c. Hydrogen bonds and "hydrophobic bonds" (more like hydrophobic interactions) are not covalent. There are no ether bonds (R-O-R) in a peptide. A disulfide bond forms when two cystines in a peptide are close enough to react in a reducing environment.
 
although hydrogen bonds are found in proteins by its tertiary folding comformations, its not covalent, so the answer is C
