So my DAT is on the 21st...two days. So far I have studied about three weeks and 8 hours a day with a Kaplan book, DAT destroyer, topscore, and Crack the DAT PAT.

My questions are:
1) I am consistently making 23 to 24 on CDP, but I miss at least 4 or 5 angle rankings each test b/c they are like 3 degrees difference and my brain does not have a protractor built into it. So on the DAT are the angles this close to each other or is it easier to tell the difference?
2) The section I am worried most about is probably RC. What is the best way to go at it? Should I just read like two questions at a time and search and destroy for them or what? This is what I have been doing with topscore and usually get 21 or 22 but I barely have enough time.
3) If I have read through Kaplans bio twice reinforcing with Campbells textbook, done all of destroyer one full time reading explanations and another time just going through the questions, and took all three topscores making TS: 21, 23, and 23 should I be set to get in the 20s for the real DAT? And what last minute things should I look over tomorrow and Thurs morning befor the test?

At this point with your high scores, you should relax most importantly.

TXD, i have the same problem as you. I really think these angle questions are whether you have it or don't kinda question.

Ugh maybe its cause I have astigmatism and have my right eye x2 stronger than my left....what can u do 🙄

So far I averaged 23-24 on CDP in all my tests with 26 in test 1 (did test 9 today), but I seem to be least consistent in angles. The only reason why I got 26 was because angle was easy on test 1 😛

i suck so bad on obtuse angles...acute i get most of them (did u try test 5? lol i got 9/15 on angles while getting near perfect in rest)

How's your TFE skill? I think I just have to practice these like mad until I begin to see the light -__-;;;

btw, are we allowed to use what we have to put against the screen? I didn't use this method for practicing, but i may start doing so...

My advice is to relax......... you tend to mess up when ur freaking out.
the best strategies to use during reading is the one you are most comfortable with..... weather it be reading all 3 passages at once then answering the questions, not reading the passages at all ... w/e gets u the highest score during topscore and acheiver. those are the places you should have tried all the different reading strategies.. go with the one you score the highest in.
And about Bio, its 2 days before the test... if you dont know it now.. you dont know it..... but chances are you have covered everything at least once so even if u guess on 2-3 questions you have a good chance of getting it right ....... so just relax watch some Olympics, if you are still feeling uneasy about certain subjects, crack open the shuam's bio

U are not allowed to used any devices --whatever they are -- on a test . U can but just risk your scores being voided -- just follow rules ... every rule, actually.
GL with DAT.

I'm pretty good on TFE, the only other section I sometimes make stupid mistakes in other than angles is cube counting, ha. It seems like it should be the easiest but I think I just try to rush through it a little too fast.

One other question, are the real DAT RC questions pretty close to the topscore ones. I saw some people talking about how it asks some tone questions but are there only a few of those and then the rest like topscores where they are straight from the passage? So I can use my search and destroy without worrying too much?
