Passive reviews. Get used to a steady time schedule. Try to sleep early and get used to that schedule. Avoid junk food. Lastly, relax.

No junk food :scared:
But honestly good advice, appreciate the support. Thanks honestly all I need are the votes of confidence. 👍

lol from what I heard its good to eat carbs the day before and get some electrolytes at night. What would you guys recommend to eat for lunch/ breakfast my test is at 1:30. Probably going to sleep late and then get something to eat and head to the center afterwards.

My test was at 1pm. I rose at 9:30, had a lite breakfast (3 eggs), had my favorite sub for lunch around 11:30 and a banana 15 minutes out. My goal was to be "just full" at the start of the test. Then I had a cliff bar at the break. I was never tired or even hungry during the test.

I was thinking of getting 6 in subway and then I guess eat a banana before heading out. I just hope I dont have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the test.

Some advice on what to eat/drink before and during the break.

This may seem obvious but do not eat anything you've never eaten before bc you don't know how its going to affect you combined with all the stress.

Also, DO NOT DRINK A LOT of fluids. I made the mistake of trying to hydrate before my test and it was a bad idea. I had to go to the bathroom during my sciences section which took 12 mins off my time- they have to finger print you and scan you so this takes a while.

If you're someone who eats a lot during the day then you need a good size snack. During my break I had time to go to the bathroom. Stretch and eat a cliff bar(complex carbs), apple + banana (simple carbs) and a chobani yogurt (slow digesting protein) which kept me full until toward the last 10 Qs of QR then I started to feel hungry again.

Otherwise good luck and be confident cuz you're well prepared.

use the noise reducing headphones if offered at the facility you are taking your test. It was such a great help!! although after a few hours they started hurting. But either that or carry from soft ear plugs. They'll help to some extent
