Bootcamp and the 2007/2009 official tests are the most representative of the real thing in my opinion - additional tests beyond that can be helpful for checking your knowledge but are less reflective of the real test. Options include Qvault, CrackDAT, Kaplan, etc. (honestly except for the bio section of Qvault the science sections of these other options had almost no value).

It's sufficiently tested by Bootcamp, but you should also be doing content review in addition to the practice that Bootcamp provides (although Bootcamp has Mike's videos now which I hear are quite good).
Agreed, these are the most representative because they were written by the ADA. No timed test is going to be spot on, that is why it is very important to be solid in all areas tested on the DAT.
