DAT Qvault support?

Hey guys, any of you have problems contacting the DAT Qvault support? I have already posted multiple times on their problem input box asking for a refund the day after I bought it and have not received any responses, and there seems to be no phone number either to contact them! Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
 
They pretty much don't have customer support. I'm shocked whoever runs it had the nerve to jack the prices up so high considering how many mistakes it has and that there is no support whatsoever. I remember I messaged them once through the support tab and got a reply like 2 months later. It's ridiculous.
 
Their support team actually responded fairly quickly to me, they just kind of suck (haha, sorry). They didn't bother to actually read my response to their response, and they say they fix something and then actually don't. That's honestly enough for me to give them a poor review because people like Ari with DatBootcamp and the Orgoman team are just so friendly and prompt with replies, that it diminishes any other service that provides less than stellar customer service. If you tell me what the issue is, I can ask them (since they seem to not have responded to you for some odd reason), and hopefully I can help somehow!
