Dat rc passage topics

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Really?!? you really think people are going to help give to the answers to the DAT? WOW

My first attempt in January, one of the topics I came across was calcium dependent intracelllular mechanism for vision system.

You really should be careful with this... the ADEA/ADA frown heavily on talking about anything that was on a test, especially something as specific as topics for reading comp when there are probably less than 30-50.

I really hope I get something I am familiar with, like antibiotic resistant bacteria or anything very scientific, and not abstract like piano -_-

I actually got the infamous Piano passage, and it is a huge help that I have my own piano. So, to me, it was like I was just learning more about the piano. Even with that passage, I was able to pull a 20...whew!

You aren't doing yourself a favor by knowing the topics ahead of time. They are all too broad for any previous research to help with the passages. I was given one of the passages that the SDN community considered challenging, but I found it quite easy and enjoyable to read. Read my RC advise on my breakdown, use that method, and you will do fine.

Hi Guys,

For those of you who have taken the DAT (the 2010 version) it would be REALLY great if you could tell us the passage topics that are out there right now!! So far I have heard passages on Telomeres and some other DNA stuff... It would be very helpful, thanks.
No it wouldn't be really great, because that's ILLEGAL!!!!
