First of all, thanks to all on SDN for the amazing resources provided on this forum. It really made studying much more manageable.
So I took my first DAT in Sept. 2007:
PAT-20
RC-18
QR-17
BIO-22
GC-19
OC-18
TS-19
AA-19
I applied very late for the 07-08 cycle, and then again in 08-09 and got 1 interview to MD and got on their waitlist.

DAT 6/23/10:
PAT-21
RC-20
QR-18
BIO-19
GC-19
OC-21
TS-20
AA-19

My computer froze as I initially finished all the science sections (had 12 minutes to go), so I went outside to tell the prometric people and they had to restart my computer twice (each time I had to go outside to the waiting area and then back in). They finally got it working again but the time was down to 9 minutes or so. It threw me off for the review of the sciences and PAT but there's nothing I could do. They filed something with the ADA but I don't really know if anything is even going to happen.

Even if they would let me I don't know if I would retake it again (if I don't have to) after all that studying and pressure I don't know if I could do it again.

Anyways, I just wanted to know what people thought about my chances this time. I have a 3.9 s and cgpa but not from a top tier school (somebody said they would look at it as a 3.5 or so but I don't know) with a major in psychology. I pretty much rewrote my application with a special emphasis on my personal statement. Also I have now around 100 hours of shadowing (last time I only had around 40). I did go up in most of my scores (except bio)but not by that much.

I am somewhat limited due to personal reasons where I could apply to, these are the ones I am going to try for:
NYU, UMDNJ, Maryland, Nova, Buffalo, Case, Temple and maybe a few more.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should be good at NYU at least your scores are pretty well rounded and the gpa looks to be good, don't worry about a 3.9 being viewed as a 3.5 because of the school I don't think that makes a big difference unless it was a CC.

Do I have a chance anywhere else? Also, if the ADA would allow me to retake it and cancel my scores, is it worth it?
