Something about the scale I don't get.. if 22 is the 96th percentile, that means only 4% of people get 22 or higher right? Is it just me or does that seem a little implausible considering the scores you each got and how hard it was to get that? Is the scale off, meaning maybe 10, 20% or something like that of test takers have 22 or higher?

the tests vary, so a 22 on 1 test may be 96%, but a 22 on another test may only be 93%...or lower.
