DAT scheduled for August 12.. advice please!

Hi everyone,

I'm scheduled to take my DAT on August 12, giving me roughly 10 days of studying time left. What do you guys suggest I do from here on out?

I took the Kaplan online full length practice test #1 (the one after the final) a few days ago, and this is the breakdown:
Bio 18
Gchem 18
Ochem 19
PAT 21
Reading Comp 23
QR 25.

I've been doing the 2010 Destroyer, and have finished going through bio and gchem once, and am up to #150 in ochem. The materials I have at my disposal right now are the KBB, online Kaplan material, the destroyer, and a Schaumms bio review book haha. Should I get Topscore? Other suggestions? Thank you!!

Ok first things first....Try and get yourself CDP, Kaplan PAT= too easy

Secondly..I would suggest taking the 2009 DAT thats available on the ADA website. That will def gve u an idea as to how well ur prepared

Im not sure if getting Chads videos is gonna be beneficial since u have only 10 Days left. But Getting the Chem scores up is important, look over your mistakes and learn from them and revise those sections your having difficulty on

Bio: keep at it, study whatever you can as theres no way to know what to expect in terms of random ass questions...Regsiter with datqVault.com and take their free 3 benchmark tests..Its pretty good in terms of random bio questions

Thanks for the feedback. I forgot to mention, I did two CrackDAT PAT tests and got 21's on both occasions. How is that?

I also forgot to mention I used Chad's videos for gchem and ochem lol, pretty much the only way im studying for those two right now in terms of reviewing material is looking at the notes I took for his vids.

Do as many CDP tests till D-day

And do keep reviewing Chads notes and do his quizzes...Watch his videos again for a particular topic ur havin trouble in

Should I get Topscore or are Kaplan's practice tests sufficient? is Kaplan a good indicator of how I'll actually do?

dont get any of those except for the 2009 test. This is time to study and refine your knowledge and not burn yourself out on taking all these test that are not like the real DAT. The 2009 is the only real DAT test out there. Use the next ten days to tighten up your skills and get CDP for PAT section. And I would recommend math destroyer for QR
