Hi guys! I recently took the DAT and was just a little worried about my PAT score. I don't know if I am overthinking it but I know it is an important section they specifically look at so I just wanted to get some opinions!

My scores were:

Bio: 22
GC: 22
OC: 26
QR: 19
RC: 22
PAT: 18
TS: 23
AA: 22

The PAT score is definitely below average for most schools so if guys have any advice on what I can do to highlight more manual dexterity skills I would really appreciate that too!!

It depends what schools you're planning to apply to. Some don't care at all about the PAT score as long as it's over a 16. Others want something higher. Overall I would worry about it, the rest of your scores are great.

Congratulations on your excellent scores! Most schools would be fine with the 18 in PAT and your TS 23 and AA 22 is a very competitive score for most schools. When in doubt it is best to go to the source and contact the schools you are interested in directly.

Wishing you the best...Nancy
