Probably best to ask these schools directly by calling them, since each is likely to handle individual cases differently. Some schools take scores older than 2 years though. Yes, schools see all scores regardless of what they will consider for acceptance.

That's a good question, I'd probably call the schools and ask. I'd assume for schools where your DAT score is too old to be eligible, they probably wouldn't start looking at your application until your new score comes in.
