How are my scores? What schools do you recommend applying to? 3.4 gpa.

Forget about Columbia with your stats. BU or NYU would be your options. Shoot for private schools as they don't have any preference for in/out staters unlike state schools.

You can always retake it. Your chance will improve much more if you score 1-2 points more. If your TS is 20 then it looks like you have the knowledge to score better. Just practice more.

NYU is an option.
The 16 on PAT is a bit weak, because Columbia to emphasize on DAT's, but hang in there. Don't be discouraged by someone's posting, or the high test scores you see on SDN. Everyone here scores high.
I commend you for even posting your scores, and visitng SDN. I was initially too scared to even post here. So keep it up, and persistence will get you very very very far.
