I'm pretty satisfied with my overall scores, but will my low score in RC hinder my chances?

No, you're fine for most schools. GPA is excellent, no need to worry.

Scores look pretty solid to me, and with that GPA, I think you should be good to go for a lot of schools. Assuming you have a good amount of EC's, LOR's, and a solid overall application, you should be competitive and land some interviews.
