DAT scores/GPA- masters program?

Hello, i was wondering if i can get some help/advice/opinions..
SO, i have taken the DAT max of 3 times, and my scores were all similar here are my scores from my last attempt.

PAT-19
CR-17
RC-15
BIO-18
GC-21
OC-21
TS-20
AV-18
GPA-3.2
reading comp is my weakest and it always has been cause English is my second language.

-back to the point, i applied to 3 schools within my state and one outside of state but didn't get interviews for the 2013 entering class.
Now that i am starting a one year medical science one year masters program in the fall, should i consider reapplying with a new GPA (hopefully much better then 3.2) but of course same DAT scores since i cant retake it anymore. would that increase my chances even though my DAT score is low?

OR do you guys think i should take a leap of faith and apply to some schools NOW for next years class with my current scores andddd see what happens??
i didn't apply last year cause i was so mad and wanted to take a break from everything.

The schools i applied to 2 years ago were all competitive to be honest, the issue was that i submitted my app before my DAT test day cause it was late august.

SO, are you guys aware of any schools that wouldn't mind my scores or i would even have a chance in? i have done research but it seems like most schools that have low score requirements have high number of volunteering (like 5000+ hours).

Just a note on your DAT: you can request to take it a 4th time. All you need to do is forward a rejection email from a dental school and they will approve a retake. Not sure if you should retake, but a 15 on RC is quite worrisome.

I think that a 15 on the RC is beyond the cutoff for some schools and you should retake. A 15 in VR does not, in my eyes, show mastery of this section. I think that that improvement on VR is hard and takes time, but reading is good practice for the verbal section. If I were you, I would start reading more books and journals now (but high-quality, challenging ones) and interspacing that with random VR passages you can find (SAT ones for example) and then use DAT passages while studying for the DAT again. Of course don't let this take away from your master's that you want to get a 4.0 in but do it in the free time that you have. I think if you improve your language and reading skills you will do better on this section. And you can do it. English was my 2nd language and it was difficult to learn but I mastered it. All it takes is practice.
