DAT Scores please help

Hello all, first post here.

My DAT scores are as follows:
Perceptual Ability: 19
Quantitative Reasoning: 23
Reading Comprehension: 24
Biology: 19
General Chemistry: 20
Organic Chemistry: 25
Total Science: 20
Academic Average: 22

What should be my level of concern regarding my biology and PAT scores?

I wouldn't be concerned at all unless you're aiming for schools with very competitive DAT averages. The rest of your scores are strong and a 19 is not low enough to be worried about.
