Definitely would not retake, schools don't even care about QR. Your PAT is competitive. Your sciences are strong and that's all that matters, paired with your strong GPA, you're all set.

You said you submitted your application earlier, I would email the schools and tell them that you have taken the DAT and update them. They'll add that note to your application and be on the lookout for your scores.
