I need some advice: I was wondering if 19/19/18 (AA/TS/PA) on the DATs is any good? Also, should I seriously consider retaking the DATs or not?

Thanks!

Your scores aren't bad at all, contrary to what some may say. There are many schools that wouldn't accept those scores, but there are some that will too. If you have state schools in your state, apply to them and you should have no problem. Some of the more "prestigous" schools may want higher scores.

do they look at the percentile?????? that competitive enough to those prestigious school with a 90 percentil on AA???? i got a 20 on my AA. with 90 percentile. i am very surprised!

The percentiles do not show up when dental schools are reviewing your DAT scores. Your scores are definately not bad. Check Predents.com and look under DAT for the average DAT of acceptance for each school of interest. Remember that the people accepted to that school are above and below that value as well, hence average.

Like you the guy before said, you will get into a school. It might not be the school of your choice, but you will get in somewhere.. Depending on your GPA

I just took the DAT and I'm wondering if my scores are decent enough or should I eventually retake in the spring for the following cycle?

PAT 21
QR 17
RC 21
Bio 15
Gen Chm 18
Org Chm 17
TS 17
AA 18

GPA 3.5

Thanks for the advice!

Completely untrue. MOST schools would accept those scores with an avg. to good GPA.
