I took my DATs on July 23rd. I forgot which schools I designated my scores to so I contacted the number listed on the ADA website. I found out which schools I designated to, but when I was asked the representative how I can send my scores to additional schools, she cut me off midway through the sentence and hung up on me (which I thought was a little rude).

I'm sure there's a way to do it from the ADA website but I cant figure out where I need to go to request my scores being sent ot additional schools. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

When requesting additional official score reports, examinees must specify their U.S. Social Security number, Canadian Social Insurance number, or assigned number, the month and the year when the test was taken, and include the appropriate fee. Score reports that are sent directly to the examinee will
be labeled Examinee Copy and are considered unofficial. Additional score report requests may be made electronically at www.ada.org. Additional score reports require five to 10 business days for processing.

Here's the direct link: http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/index.asp

On the right hand corner under "After the Test", click on "Request Score Report (electronic)".

Awesome...thanks for the help!

Couple more questions...

1. When I'm requesting the scores to be sent out, there is an option for "personal copy." Does that mean that a copy of scores will be sent to me?

2. I dont have an option to select the month of my exam like you said...I can only select "past exam" or "future exam". I have taken the test twice...does that mean both my scores will be sent to the schools?

Yes, I believe that if you've taken it multiple times, all the scores will be sent and revealed to the dental schools.

I've had nothing but negative experiences regarding the ADA and DAT scores. They really need to revamp their customer service in my opinion.
