When studying for the DAT are you studying one subject at a time or together. I have been reviewing biology alone but it is taking forever to take notes. I was just wondering how others are preparing. One subject at a tme or all together. What do you guys think is the best strategy? There's just sooooo much info. to review for the entire test and I want to take it in the end July/beginning of August. So I need help with my strategy to prepare. Somebody help!!!!

I'm sure everyone has their own strategy. I studied each science section for several weeks seperately and then took a Kaplan class to focus my studies on the most imporant areas. Then the last two weeks before the test I just sort of went back and forth through everything and took practice tests. Good luck!

I studied everything together over a long period of time. It helped keep things more interesting. Plus, I think studying a little bit of a subject everyday over a long period of time is more beneficial than spending 8 hrs a day for 1 month on biology, then 8 hors a day the next month studying organic, etc.
Right know I am studying for 8 hrs a day--3 hours for biology, 3 hours of chemistry, and 2 hours of QR and PAT. Hope this helps!
