I'm planning on taking the DAT in June. I started studying for the bio section with the MCAT examkracker book a few weeks ago (I didn't do well using kaplans materials i.e. Bio 16, Gchem 17, Ochem 16, PA 16, RC 19, MTH 14) and I wanted some advise on how many hours per day to study (8-10?) and how to break down studying for the different sections per week? I know everyone has different habits, but just wanted some friendly advise on prep time. I'm currently not in school, waiting to begin my Masters program in biology at Louisville this fall. I've interviewed at U of L twice and have been placed on the alternate list, but did not get in. They want me to get the MS to better my chances of acceptance by furthering my education and to become a KY resident. Any U of L students out there?
