Just out of curiosity...

I am taking my DAT next week and I was wondering how much time most of you guys have (had) spent studying for their DAT?

Thanks.

I studied for 3 months, about 5-6 hours a day and 5 days per week.

i took it once. bombed it. then studied on and off for a school year. then after finals i studied about 10-15 hrs everyday for 3 weeks straight and then took the exam. Did pretty well; especially in the sciences, i was happy with my scores.

I put in between 4-5 hours a day, usually 5 (sometimes 6) days a week

good luck next week

I studied for 3 months (6 times a week)...used all of the practice tests i could get my hands on..and read the blue kaplan book cover to cover twice..i also used barrons ap exam study guide for my bio section which helped me a bunch...

good luck next week
make sure to not be stressed

and dont forget to cap your markers when you are not using them..they tend to dry out during the exam--will save you the stress of not having anything to write with 🙂 good luck

I studied for about two months. The first month just studying material and concepts and taking a perceptual ability test 1-2 times a week. The last month I studied about 10 hours a day, took 6 practice tests, and 2-3 full PA tests leading up to my test.
