DAT Test Center problem

I have a peer who took the DAT recently and was not tested on any of the science sections.
Once he began, he started with 1)PAT 2) break 3)RC 4)QR
His scores were terrible due to the malfunction of the computer/ testing center.
What should he do?

Tell pro metric and the ada immediately he'll def. need to retake it or something. He should've told them the second he saw the problem

I believe he did.. Prometric told him that he should contact ADA after 2 hrs.
