I just took May 2009 DAT and got 20 AA. What I notice was that it was 93.4 percent, which seemed a bit higher than I thought. When I checked on ADA provided Score Guide, almost every sections' scores have gone down by at least 1 point. For example, I got 19 on QR and it was 93percent while on the score sheet 93 percent was equal to 21-22. Does this mean that my 20 AA is going to be viewed as 21 from last year or would it not affect my chance at all? Also, what do you guys think of overall 20 AA? 'cause I am debating whether or not I should retake the test. My GPA is 3.3 btw.

The percentile is for the DAT version you took compared to others who took the same version. The version I got was: 93% for a 21 while my friend's was 96% for a 21 (on a different version).

The schools will view the 20 as a 20. An overall 20 is good though, you're in the competitive range. Was there any sections that was below a 18? Some schools have certain DAT requirements like minimum 17 in all sections.

The schools do not see the percentile so a 20 is a 20 is a 20. Keep in mind, though, that you are being compared to people who mostly took the test in the same period of time, so everyone would have taken this 'harder' version of the test.

20 is awesome! i would def not retake unless you are sure you can do better. but i would have been stoked with a 20
