What does different versions of the test mean? Does it mean that same questions in everyone's test but reversed in different order? If the ADA releases a sample test would it be the same one that I took during test day?

It means there are different tests with different questions on them.

Normally, is the real DAT easier than CDS and CDM as well as destroyer, bootcamp, and qvault? So are the versions similar to the other?

I just took mine yesterday, and I'd say the science section was very similar to bootcamp and qvault!
